I build software from systems to screens.
I’m Jachin Minyard, a computer science master’s student and software engineer building practical tools, resilient systems, full-stack applications, and games.

Problems I’ve worked on.
My work moves between low-level tooling, server infrastructure, full-stack applications, graphics, and game development.
About me
Curious across
the whole stack.
I’m pursuing an M.S. in Computer Science at The University of Texas at Dallas after completing my B.S. there in 2025. My coursework includes advanced algorithms, distributed systems, software testing, operating systems, machine learning, databases, and computer graphics.
I’m comfortable moving from Linux administration and CLI tooling to web applications and game engines. I especially enjoy tracing a messy problem to its core, choosing the right abstraction, and helping a team turn that understanding into working software.
At UT Dallas Media Services IT, I supported classroom technology, troubleshot issues with users, and installed A/V systems for classrooms and campus events.
